BAGUETTES AND PASTRY

Long Baguette: Our famous Large Baguette has a crispy outer shell complimented with its soft-but-filling inside. We pride ourselves on making the most authentic French baguettes anywhere. It’ll be hard-pressed to tell the difference between our baguette and the ones you buy off the street in Paris.

Sesame Baguette: This is our Large Baguette sprinkled with a dazzle of sesame seeds to enhance its smell and every bite.

Soft French Baguette: A new addition to our bread lineup. Soft with a hint of sweetness, the Soft French Baguette can be considered as the “Ying” to our Large Baguette’s crispy and crunchy “Yang.”

 

Creme Caramel Flan: This item is so hot, we are having a hard time keeping up with production! We were hoping that our customers would love a high-end creme caramel ("flan" for all others!) dessert. Even we didn't expect to sell this good! Made with REAL ingredients such as egg and milk, the texture and taste is worlds apart from the generic pudding-like flan you buy at the local supermarkets.

Mocha Caramel Flan: This is another creation in our Caramel Flan line. The Mocha Caramel Flan is perfect for the dark chocolate and coffee lovers. It features a slightly strong, coffee-like taste that is bound to satisfy the dark, bitter cravings of coffee lovers.

 

Chicken/Pork Pate Chaud: our VERY popular meat pies. Great for breakfast; great for lunch; well, they're just great to eat any time of the day! Small, but filling pies with a rich, buttery outer shell and a filling meat core. We have revised our Pate Chaud formula and its now less oily and better than ever! "Wow" is usually the first word people utter when they taste these pies for the very first time.

Croissant (Large & Small): With a paste of glazed honey on its outer shell, the small croissant serves as a great snack while the big croissant is a popular substitution in our sandwiches. 

Raisin Roll:  A popular pastry that consists of sprinkles of raisins & glazed honey on the top and light custard filling on the inside.

Chocolate Roll: Dark chocolate can be tasted in every bite in this delicious, snack-sized pastry.

Cinnamon Roll: Different nuts and ingredients can be seen on its outer shell. Our cinnamon roll is not too sweet or too bland, but just right and full of flavor.
